AguA is an innovative watermaker designed through the synergy of engineers and captains to be easy to use, reliable, energy-saving, more comfortable on board and able to guarantee fresh water at all times.
Thanks to PressureFlowControl® technology, it keeps system pressure constant without draining onboard batteries or requiring noisy electric generators.
AguA is designed to simplify water desalination.
The system takes power from the boat engine while underway and, through a high-pressure pump and a software-managed electromagnetic clutch, sends seawater into reverse osmosis membranes that produce fresh water.
The electronic PFC® valve automatically regulates pressure, ensuring maximum efficiency, reliability and ease of use.
The AguA watermaker is designed to desalinate seawater efficiently and cost-effectively.
Thanks to advanced materials, innovative design and electronic control, the system guarantees high-performance desalination, always reaching the maximum possible level as engine RPM changes.
Modular hourly output depending on the combination of vessels used, from 90 L/h to 360 L/h.
Thanks to its built-in intelligence in a powerful microprocessor, the valve prevents damage to the osmosis membranes and optimizes system efficiency by increasing fresh water production while reducing energy consumption.
A simple waterproof illuminated button switches the system on and off, showing its operating status by color.
In addition to the control button, the watermaker can be monitored and managed via the dedicated app on a smartphone, tablet or onboard chartplotter.
In traditional systems, pressure varies between 30 and 110 bar, reducing efficiency and damaging the osmosis membranes.
AguA's PFC® mechatronic valve constantly maintains 60 bar, optimizing membrane performance and extending system life.
Adaptable to any boat, large or small. The vessels can be mounted together, making the system modular and compact.
The vessel lengths can be chosen as 500 mm or 1000 mm according to the space available on board and the amount of desalinated water production needed per hour.
The watermaker is fully automatic, requires no interventions or adjustments to operate, and can also be installed in positions that are not normally accessible.
Single 500 mm vessel
Fresh water production: 90 L/h
Dimensions: 592 mm x 125 mm x 125 mm
Double 500 mm vessel
Fresh water production: 180 L/h
Dimensions: 592 mm x 125 mm x 251 mm
Single 1000 mm vessel
Fresh water production: 180 L/h
Dimensions: 1074 mm x 125 mm x 125 mm
Double 1000 mm vessel
Fresh water production: 360 L/h
Dimensions: 1074 mm x 125 mm x 251 mm
In addition to the ease of use of a single illuminated control button for switching on, off and checking status, the watermaker can also be monitored and managed by connecting via Wi‑Fi and the dedicated app installed on a smartphone or on modern onboard chartplotters.
With the app, besides controlling the watermaker with a virtual button identical to the physical one, you can view operating parameters: quantity of water produced, water quality and pressure.
You can set an operating timer or a target amount of water to be produced, view history, scheduled maintenance and configurations.
Compared to watermakers currently on the market using different power technologies for the reverse osmosis process, AguA stands out for technological innovation, modular design, efficiency, ease of use and maintenance, reliability and onboard comfort.
With a modular system, an advanced electronic valve and IoT monitoring, AguA is the ideal solution for fleets and boats of every kind.
Pressure is not managed inside the vessel, with risk of damage to the osmosis membrane in systems that rely on the boat engine.
Electronic control of the innovative PFC® valve.
The PressureFlowControl® technology automatically maintains optimal and constant pressure inside the reverse osmosis system.
Greater reliability and longer membrane life without manual adjustments. Higher efficiency and fresh water production in any seawater salinity or temperature conditions.
Need for a generator or power draw from the boat batteries for systems that do not exploit the boat engine.
Operation without a generator, using the boat engine and eliminating the need for electric generators while reducing energy consumption.
Greater autonomy and lower environmental impact. Greater system reliability. Lower operating and maintenance costs.
Not fully automatic.
Manual interventions are often required to reset or adjust operating pressure.
Fully automatic. Two microprocessors handle the entire system management.
A single illuminated button controls operation in an extremely simple way.
Simple use and installation even in hard-to-reach places, since there is no need to access the system for operation.
No monitoring or only limited systems.
Integrates an advanced IoT system that allows the watermaker to be managed via mobile app or onboard chartplotter.
Total control, wherever you are. Operating history of the watermaker parameters. Scheduled maintenance management to keep the system always efficient and reliable.
